Hey! I’m Lorianna Steele. Coach, mentor,

health educator, and holistic wellness practitioner helping women heal from the painful damage and consequences of chronic stress caused by toxicity in their lives - whether its intimate relationships or others circumstances.

I am the founder of LS Wellness Solutions, a Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) with a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion. My passion for holistic health and stress recovery stems from my personal journey—one filled with challenges, resilience, and transformation.

In 2009, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Surgery revealed I had Hashimoto’s disease, finally explaining my lifelong symptoms. This deepened my commitment to natural and holistic health solutions, reinforcing the mind-body connection in healing.

By 2017, I found my freedom—escaping my toxic marriage and returning to my hometown. From that moment on, I dedicated myself to empowering others to heal from chronic stress and trauma. My own PTSD diagnosis led me to explore somatic healing, breathwork, meditation, and sound therapy, developing a trauma-informed approach to stress recovery.

Growing up, I witnessed family members struggle with serious health conditions like fibromyalgia, colon cancer, breast cancer, and heart disease. At the same time, I battled my own mysterious health issues, including chronic fatigue, migraines, depression, extreme PMS, intolerance to cold, and fainting episodes—all without clear medical answers. This led me to change my major from Psychology to Health Promotion in 2004, as I fell in love with educating others on how to live healthier lives.

In 2006, I received a spiritual vision of a wellness center offering education, fitness, holistic healing, and functional medicine—a vision that would shape my future. But shortly after earning my degree, I entered a marriage that resulted in 10 years of emotional, spiritual, and sexual abuse, stripping me of my personal identity. Despite this, my then-husband and I built a wellness business, mentoring others on clean eating and toxin-free living—but I wasn’t free to make my own choices or pursue my dreams.

My Wellness Philosophy

I believe that God has provided everything we need on this earth to survive, thrive, and heal. For millennia, humanity lived in harmony with nature, relying on plants, herbs, movement, energy, and natural remedies for well-being. However, modern medicine—driven by Big Pharma—has shifted our perception of health, replacing natural solutions with synthetic medications that often create secondary conditions, harmful side effects, and skyrocketing medical costs.

By turning to holistic methods of healing, we honor our Creator, unify the collective, and synchronize our frequencies—returning to the way of living we were designed for. My mission is to provide services, education, and solutions that align with this truth, empowering others to reclaim their health naturally. Additionally, I have built a network of trusted holistic providers, ensuring that together, we offer a full-spectrum approach to abundant living.

For the past seven years, I’ve continued my education and expanded my expertise, ensuring I offer the most science-backed, holistic, and effective wellness services. Today, I help women break free from chronic stress, toxic relationships, and environmental toxins, guiding them toward balance, confidence, and inner peace.

If you’re ready to release stress, reclaim your power, and create the life you dream of, I invite you to begin your healing journey with me

F.A.Q.S

  • I can help in several ways! I am a trauma-informed coach with a specialization in stress management. This means I am trained to provide you with solutions that support any counseling or therapy you might be receiving from a LCSW, being diligent not to retraumatize you in our work together. I can guide and teach you how to release trauma stored in the body through multiple modalities like breathwork, mindfulness & meditation, sound healing, and even cognitive behavioral coaching to keep you committed to the work you do with your therapist.

  • That honestly depends on you! My standard coaching program is 6 months. I offer stand-alone sessions if you’re not ready to commit, and I can do a fast-track program that is 3 months, but meeting 2x per week. The bottom line, however, is how much work you put in to your program. If you are relying on me to wave a magic wand - you’ll be sorely disappointed and waste your money. However, if you’re committed to healing and you are doing the assignments - you’ll finish your program and be poised for a maintenance membership by the end!

  • I am currently working on my degree to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist, but I’m not quite there yet. As a Certified Health Education Specialist and Wellness Coach, I can guide you in showing you how to build your own plan and coach you in implementing what you’ve chosen to do. I have a wealth of nutrition education to share with you and can provide you with loads of knowledge so you can make informed decisions about your nutrition. When it comes to your nutrition, however, you’ll always want to check with your primary physician before you start any new supplements or dietary changes.

  • Absolutely! Stress is one of the most detrimental cancers in the workplace and claims thousands of employees each year in terminations, sick leave, and low productivity. I am a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist through the National Wellness Institute, and can work with you to create a wellness plan for your team to increase satisfaction, retention, productivity, and improve morale.
