Health & wellness has been my passion my entire adult life.  I always knew I wanted to help others improve their lives.  In 2007, however, my plans got changed and I didn’t even realize it.  Experiencing narcissistic abuse changed the trajectory of my life forever.  Now I help other women break the curse of toxicity that lingers after a toxic relationship so they can build the new healthy life of emotional freedom they deserve.

We work together using holistic and intuitive approaches to regulate your nervous system through mindfulness, meditation, somatic healing and breathwork, and cognitive behavioral coaching.

It’s never too late to take your life back.  Action is the reflection of a decision – so make the decision to connect with yourself on a higher level and build the confidence and emotional freedom that your narcissistic ex took from you.
